On this episode of The Rundown we are joined by North Iowa Area Community College head coach Matt Egger. The 2023 ICCAC Division II Coach of the Year gives us the inside look at the NJCAA landscape and the incredible opportunities that exist for play at this next level. For many athletes the junior college option provides a great opportunity to continue to develop their skills and extend their scouting window. It is an option for many athletes that should not be over looked. Give this one a good listen folks because NIACC does it well, and Coach Egger is one of the good guys!
